OF SPORTS
Sport can simply be defined as a physical activity that
provides a source of entertainment to the players. In the end of a sport game
one team is a winner and one is a loser but both of them enjoy playing equally.
Those who are fond of sports play their favorite games. They make
themselves the best, they also do self-training and play with the opponent. The
importance of sports is that it provides us strong physical growth. Along with
the mental growth, the physical fitness for a person of all ages is very
important. The good thing about sports is that it entertains a man of all ages
whether they are kids, young or old, it treats all of them equally. The
importance of sports can be measured by this that it creates a sense of
discipline, enhances the brotherhood, gives support to strong mental health.
Those people who feel lazy about going out for doing exercises they should
develop interest in sports and will be benefited equally. It helps in the
prevention of serious diseases like heart attack, stroke, muscles tightness,
bone weakness etc. It keeps all of our organs alert and prepare them for any
type of accidents. The role of sports in our life is very crucial, it is a
famous saying that education without sports is half-done and inadequate. The
sports is declared as very essential for the fitness and fine physical strength
of every human. Some people have a habit of doing their own physical exercises,
yoga and jogging. They listen to all sports news, watch sport games, keep reading
the stories of sportsman and their biographies too but by themselves they do
not play games or take part in it. The most popular physical sports are football,
cricket, badminton, basketball, boxing, cycling, volleyball, swimming, rugby,
sailing, baseball, horse racing, surfing, karate, judo and athletics.
The importance
of sports is very vast, in sports we keep running, jumping, moving our bodies continuously
and in the end make ourselves tiring, which gives a special type of relaxation
to body muscles. Sports are the action that arose laughter and amusement, it
feels so good being part of sport and gives a great satisfaction when we win in
a sport game. Sport gives us a chance to make friends, stay social and learn
how to make turns. Sport gives us the courage to try again and again Whenever
we fail we learn to do our best on the next time. It gives us a thought of keep
improving and be confident on our skills. It is a famous proverb that all work
and no play makes jack a dull boy, sports must be focused especially for
students. As they study all the day and doing a small amount of body exercises.
